Father: Orogu Seba
Role: Cook
Village: Sirinumu
He served in the Kokoda area
Manpower was short so he took him to join the army. He signed an agreement paper to become a soldier. I was in town rushed and did not bring his documents. When war broke out in Kokoda and Buna he took part. He did not experience any wound. The treatment was good by the Australian Army.
We waited for him to be compensated but to date nothing else came as he had already passed away.
Exact stories of my father: none –some of my relatives may know
Want Australian government to compensate my people.
